Information you share with us
When you contact Trust Haulers Logistics Inc., our website collects your name, email address, optional phone number, and message. Freight enquiries may include a service choice and shipment details. Careers enquiries include your preferred role and the experience you choose to share. Please do not submit identity documents, licence numbers, or passport details through this form.
How we use your enquiry
We use these details to respond, discuss your shipment or career enquiry, and arrange relevant follow-up. Submitting a form does not subscribe you to a marketing list. Enquiries are sent to our team by email using Resend. Hosting and email providers process information to operate these services; this may involve processing outside Canada.
Website analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand page visits and actions such as clicking a phone link, opening the contact form, and submitting an enquiry. Our event tracking sends only categories such as the form type, service choice, and button location. It does not send your name, email, phone number, or message. We remove query strings and fragments from the page addresses sent to analytics.
Vercel Web Analytics does not use analytics cookies. You can read more in Vercel’s analytics privacy documentation. Clicking a phone link is recorded as a click; we do not record your phone conversation.
Security and retention
The enquiry endpoint validates submissions and uses a temporary, hashed network identifier to limit repeated requests. Enquiries may remain in our business email system for follow-up and relevant business records. Contact us to ask about retention of a particular enquiry or request deletion, subject to any applicable recordkeeping requirements.
Third-party links
Our Google and Instagram links take you to services with their own privacy practices. Their policies apply when you visit them.
